…bütün gökyüzünü homojen bir şekilde kaplayan, ve tek bir an için altında kalan coğrafyayı tek bir açıdan bütünüyle gören tek bir göz. // … a single eye; that covers the entire sky homogenously, and captures the geography beneath it from a single angle entirely in an instance.
Haritayı ‘izleyen’ kişi, yüzeyin içindeki dünyaya ve o dünyanın sürecine dahil olur;
izleyenin karşılaştığı çizgiler bir yerin bilgisini vermekle kalmaz, aşılırken nefesinin kesileceği tepelerin, ancak zirveye vardığında görebileceği ovanın, gölgesine sığınacağı ağacın, yanından geçerken saksısında yetişen çiçekleri merak edeceği evlerin izlerini taşır.
